Refund & Return Policy – Delani’s
At Delani’s, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. Please review our store policy below:
All purchases are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is an error on our end (such as wrong or damaged items).
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Pickup Policy
Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of notification.
If an order is not picked up within 7 business days, the order will be canceled and a store credit will be issued for the amount paid.
Store credits never expire and can be used toward any future purchase at ShopDelanis.com.
Refunds for Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is found to be out of stock after your order is placed, you will receive a refund for that item back to your original payment method.
Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shopdelanis@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Order Changes
Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
How to Use Store Credit
1. Visit ShopDelanis.com and add your items to cart.
2. At checkout, enter your credit code in the Gift card or discount code box.
3. Click Apply and your total will adjust automatically.
4. Complete checkout as usual.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It must be done within 7 days.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopdelanis@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the item has been received and inspect a store credit will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This also must be completed within days of purchase. We will not accept items after 7 days under any circumstances
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
Only a store credit will be issued.
